We practice Therapeutic Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga along with Meditation which supports in curing women health issues such as menstruation, obesity (weight / fat loss), arthritis, pressure, blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, depression, managing stress, anti aging and so much more.
Our classes are for all ages and ability. Ideal for beginners. Asanas are practiced on mats or seated on a chair.
Classes can be conducted fluently in all three languages; English, Sinhala and Tamil, by well experienced Teacher with 4000+ YOGA hours in teaching experience. Teachers Bio.
